September 3 Year MYR 141,300 Degree
The first and second years of the BEng and MEng degree courses are the same. You only make a decision to proceed with the three-year BEng degree, or four-year MEng degree, after the second year of study. Both the BEng or MEng variants will equip you with the same core skills but by selecting to study for the MEng will allow you to undergo a significant project with bigger opportunity for specialisation and experience of research methods. The MEng option is highly encouraged should you wish to pursue an engineering career. For BEng, you shall select a project in your preferred discipline and plan a thorough investigation. Commonly projects involve laboratory experimentation, field investigations or computer modelling, require data collection and analyses. For the MEng, this will be in your final year.
Civil engineering is a professional engineering discipline that deals with the design, construction, and maintenance of the physical and naturally built environment, including works like roads, bridges, canals, dams, and buildings. Civil engineers must consider many factors in the design process, from the construction costs and expected lifetime of a project to government regulations and potential environmental hazards such as earthquakes.
