Heriot-Watt University Malaysia’s campus was opened in Putrajaya in September 2014, occupying a 4.8 acre lakeside land, close to the Putrajaya marina and its modern leisure and sports facilities. This ‘green campus’ is renowned for its energy efficient roof which reduces thermal transmittance and a rainwater harvesting system.
