APPLIED PSYCHOLOGY MPHIL

February |April |July |September 1 Year MYR 35,700 Postgraduate - PhD

WHAT CAN I LEARN?

Both PhD and MPhil degrees in applied psychology are offered by The Department of Applied Psychology. For the first year, you will be registered for an MPhil unless you hold a masters degree in an approved discipline, of which you will then continue to the PhD programme – pending satisfactory completion of the course requirements for the first year. Most PhD students register for three years and are required to finish all experimental and research work, and to have written up all or most of the thesis by the end of the period. The final assessment of your degree will consist of the written thesis and an oral examination. Satisfactory completion of research training is also required via progression throughout the programme. This training is designed to provide you with the necessary research, communication, information technology, personal development and employment skills. As a student, you will receive tailored training to your individual needs.
