It also investigates deeper questions relating to how we understand and conceptualise contemporary global transformations. This programme offers a balance between theory and practice. You will gain a broad understanding of the key theories and concepts associated with international relations as well as gaining practical experience of the policy process. Policy and Persuasion is a unique module as part of this programme which will prepare you to participate actively in many fields of work, including politics, advocacy and business.
Cultural studies is a field of theoretically, politically, and empirically engaged cultural analysis that concentrates upon the political dynamics of contemporary culture, its historical foundations, defining traits, conflicts, and contingencies. This course will develop students awareness of the practices of cultural policy and their application to the culture industry.
