The Foundation studies in TCM aims to provide a good learning platform to help students to better understand Chinese medicine course. Upon successful completion of the Foundation course, students will not only acquire the basic knowledge of Chinese Medicine, but also improve their Chinese proficiency as enabling students to be able to directly enroll into the Bachelor’s Degree programme.
WHAT IS MEDICINE?
Medicine is the science and practice of the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease. Medicine encompasses a variety of health care practices evolved to maintain and restore health by the prevention and treatment of illness.REQUIREMENT

| UEC | Science Stream Students: Minimum grade B in 4 subjects, including any 2 subjects in Mathematics/ Physics/ Chemistry / Biology; Arts Stream Students: Minimum grade B in 4 subjects, including Mathematics and students are required to sit for Chinese Medicine Placement Test before any enrolment into Foundation in Traditional Chinese Medicine |
