WHAT CAN I LEARN FROM Dentistry
In this advanced diploma in Midwifery course, you will be trained and given clinical exposure in the highly specialised medical divisions of gynaecology, antepartum and postpartum nursing, obstetrics, neonatal care, family and culture , psychology in motherhood, preventive medicine, recognition of the early signs of medical complications in birthing, as well as the education for girls and women. With this course, you will be able to provide skilled midwifery nursing; give quality care to newborns, their mothers and their families; recognise, mitigate and eliminate problems pertaining to various aspects of pregnancy, birth and antenatal situations. Upon completion of this course, you will be qualified to sit for the examination on the examination for certification by the Midwifery Board Malaysia. In addition, you will also graduate as State Registered Nurse and Midwife and is recognized by the Ministry of Health Malaysia.
