The IMU Medical Biotechnology programme has incorporated key features to prepare the modern Medical Biotechnologist for future challenges. The programme offers an appreciable advantage to you as a student as there are significant emphasis on concepts and theories important for creating a stable platform to develop technical know-how and skills. You will be learning about technical skills in a controlled laboratory environment. As you progress, you will be taught to think and solve problems analytically through modules that are specially designed for you to make independent decisions. Moreover, IMU already has a myriad of expertise in the field of medical and pharmaceutical sciences. The faculty members are already engaged in active research work, providing a suitable environment for you as a medical biotechnology student to experience the thinking, planning, application and discussion related to research.
WHAT IS BIOMEDICAL SCIENCES?
Biomedical sciences are a set of applied sciences applying portions of natural science or formal science, or both, to knowledge, interventions, or technology that are of use in healthcare or public health.REQUIREMENT

Not applicable for credit transfer option programmes. Bursary amount to 50% of the Foundation in Science payable tuition fee will be deducted during Undergraduate study. |

Undergraduate Scholarships - The International Medical University (IMU) has introduced a scholarship programme for 2017. Scholarships will now be available for most IMU programmes. There will be two types of scholarships available:
Full Tuition Fee (100%) for full duration of programme
Partial Tuition Fee (50%) for full duration of programme
