WHAT CAN I LEARN FROM Health and Safety
IMU is the first and only University to offer the complete Chiropractic educational programme both in Malaysia, as well as in all of Southeast Asia. Doctors of chiropractic (usually referred to as chiropractors) commonly treat musculoskeletal symptoms, such as back and neck pain, headaches, pain in the arms or legs, as well as many other conditions. To determine the most appropriate care for each patient, Chiropractors utilise many common medical tests, such as clinical examination, x-rays, and blood tests. A chiropractic adjustment restores the abnormal movement and/ or position of the affected joint, which reduces the strain on the surrounding tissues, alleviating pain and muscle tightness and permits healing. As a Chiropractor, you will also be trained to recommend therapeutic and rehabilitative exercises, as well as to provide nutritional, stress management, and lifestyle counseling to patients.
WHAT IS HEALTH AND SAFETY?
This course aims to create awareness on how management can reduce risk in the workplace. By the end of the course, students will understand the legal duties placed on individuals and organisations, the consequences of failing to manage health and safety and the positive impact that good health and safety can have on the bottom line.REQUIREMENT

Undergraduate Scholarships - The International Medical University (IMU) has introduced a scholarship programme for 2017. Scholarships will now be available for most IMU programmes. There will be two types of scholarships available:
Full Tuition Fee (100%) for full duration of programme
Partial Tuition Fee (50%) for full duration of programme
