This programme covers strategy, information, finance and accounting, operations and marketing to ensure that students have a good foundation in business disciplines and HRM. The programme modules reflect the growth of the HR profession. Upon completion of the course, students will be able to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of complex modern business concepts, functions and procedures and also analyse the key issues in HR such as motivation, compensation, appraisals, career planning, diversity, ethics and training among others.
