This programme offers a structured insight into the theoretical and practical dimensions of organisations and its administration. Students will learn the various functional areas of a business and with a specialised focus on human resource management (HRM), students will be given deep insights into leading, managing and developing people. Upon completion of the course, students will be able to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of complex modern business concepts, functions and procedures and also analyse the key issues in HR such as motivation, compensation, appraisals, career planning, diversity, ethics and training among others.
