In reality, your career options can include being a childcare centre manager, an educational administrator, a school counsellor, an assistant principal or even the owner of a kindergarten. Early childhood education is a branch of education theory which relates to the teaching of young children up until the age of about eight. It equips students with knowledge, skills and competencies for them to be employed in childcare settings and preschools.
